Booking Information

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session and confirms the agreement on both ends. Your appointment is not secured until the retainer is received.

• The retainer must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If it is not received, the appointment will be cancelled.

• The remaining 50% balance is due at the end of your session via Zelle or Venmo. Unpaid sessions will not receive proof photos until the balance is cleared.

• All payments are accepted through Zelle or Venmo.

Proofs & Edits

• Proofs (watermarked preview images) are delivered within 72 hours after your session ends. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

• Final edited images are delivered 4-8 business days from the time your proof selections are submitted. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

• Additional edited photos may be purchased for $25 per image.

Image Usage & Social Media

• By booking a session with The Izzie Effect Photography, clients grant permission for selected images to be used for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Website content

  • Marketing materials

  • Social media platforms

• If a client prefers their images not be shared publicly, they must clearly notify the photographer in writing prior to the session.

• Requests made after the session or after images have been delivered may not be guaranteed.

• Client privacy is always respected, and no identifying personal information will be shared without consent.

Late Policy

• Clients arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee. Additional time may be added, subject to studio availability.

• Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late will result in automatic session cancellation. The retainer fee will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to reschedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule 72 hours or more in advance with no penalty.

• Rescheduling less than 72 hours of your session incurs a $50 fee.

• Same-day cancellations or rescheduling incur a $100 fee.

• Cancellations due to severe weather may be rescheduled without penalty.
