Cancellation Policy
Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Any time you are late will be deducted from your scheduled session, as the studio is booked specifically for your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule with 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Health & Safety: If you’re feeling unwell (COVID-19, cold, or flu symptoms), please reschedule. Excessive symptoms during the session may prevent completion of your service.
